This Privacy Policy explains how ProNet IT Solutions ("we," "our," "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the DietFit AI — Calorie & Diet Tracker mobile application (the "App") and this website. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect

2. Permissions the App Uses
- Camera: only if you choose to log a meal by photo. Photos are processed to estimate nutrition and are not used for any other purpose.
- Storage: to save and retrieve meal photos and app data locally.
- Internet/network access: to sync your data and run AI-based food analysis.
DietFit AI does not access your contacts, call logs, SMS, or location.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide core app features: meal logging, calorie/macro tracking, and personalized targets
- To generate AI-based diet insights from your logged data
- To maintain and improve app performance and fix bugs
- To communicate with you about your account or support requests
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues
We do not sell your personal or health data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
DietFit AI may use the following categories of third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:
- Analytics providers (e.g. Firebase/Google Analytics) — to understand app usage in aggregate.
- Advertising providers (e.g. Google AdMob/AdSense) — to serve ads within the free version of the App or website, which may use device identifiers for ad personalization unless you opt out.
- Cloud storage/hosting providers — to securely store your account and diet data.
These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their function and are contractually required to protect it.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and diet data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or security purposes.
7. Your Rights & Choices
- Access & correction: You can view and edit your profile and logged data within the App.
- Deletion: You can delete your account and associated data from Settings, or by emailing us.
- Ad personalization: You can opt out of personalized ads through your device's ad settings.
- Data portability: You may request a copy of your data by contacting us.
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. Children's Privacy
DietFit AI is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data continues to be protected in line with this policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes may be communicated in-app.
